Used to go their every Friday for breakfast, but started getting hair in my food a total of three times, so we started going to Smitty's. I wish I had known about Smitty's long ago, they beat out the Coffee Mill hands down. It might be a little more expensive, but the food is amazing.

I certainly hope you fired off an email or a phone call to their corporate office? My daughter works at a Tim Hortons and has been there for 3 years, she is the most polite and pleasurable person to be around, and she happens to work with the most ignorant, rude manager. I have no idea how Tim Horton's corporate office has not fired this "witch". From my experience as well, there are not many pleasant Tim's employees, I say, if you can't take the heat, get outta the kitchen. If someone is that rude, they don't need to be working in customer service.

Wow, that's unfortunate "another bad experience". Most restaurants policy is that if you order beer, or other alcoholic beverages, you have to order dinner as well, not just appetizers. I've been to Snooty Fox six times, when I have come in from NY for business, and have experienced absolutely wonderful service. It seems really weird why you and your friends experienced such a difficult time!

My husband and I went to Mei's for lunch and ordered their Combo platters. We both found the portions quite small and the food lacking in flavour. The Chow Mein had little flavour, the Sweet and sour chicken had very little sauce, and the fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. The price was too steep given the portion size and overall quality of the meal. I will not dine there again.

Guess you shouldn't go in large groups. We had a party of 8 show up and order some appetizers and beer. After the appetizers were finished another round of beer was ordered, and the designated driver showed up and ordered a water. We were asked to leave because we were "loitering" Hadn't even poured one glass from the second pitcher. When we complained, the Manager told us there was nothing he could do. Guess they don't want the business of large thirsty groups. I suggest the Lunar Rogue, much better service.

Sunday morning 0830hrs, my two children and I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. I noticed on the digital order screen that the order was wrong. Politely pointed this out. Cashier (Shyane) was extremely rude and sighed audibly several times to show her displeasure. I went to drive thru window. I heard her talking about me and how stupid I was. I interrupted her and politely asked how I should have ordered the sandwiches. I did tell her that I wasn't happy with her customer service and she very forcefully gave me my food while averting her eyes from me.
