brewbakers kitchen staff all departing Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere Chef Ray Henry is leaving!!! This is terrible for Fredericton! Chef Ray Henry brought a new level of expectation to Fredericton. Mushroom cappuccino was wonderful, lobster risotto, brie with corn relish sandwich. He'll be sadly missed. pumpkin lobster risotto Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere What can i say other then delicious cooked perfectly Al'Dente ,Creamy, light and a reasonable portion of lobster, the pumpkin was a nice garnish which complemented this fine starter and love the fresh root vegetable crisp garnish. yyyyuuummmm. Now moved ahead to my # 1 place to eat in Fredericton ahead of Jives on the North Side .... Thanks to i am certain the culinary Creativity of Chef Ray Henry. Thanks Ray.. Brings back fond memories of my days out west working as a chef in fine dining ... Chilled red wine!? Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere Very nice place in terms of decor. Our waitress was very inexperienced. We got our bottle of wine halfway through the meal. The food took a very long time to arrive, but was quite good. Whoever looks after the wine should be shot. Delivering a 2007 instead of a 2006 is a rookie mistake, and having it chilled?! Brutal. I too love the brew! Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I totally agree with the previous reviewer! Simple but tasteful, an experience i would do again! Even though the place is not in the best of area or building in town, i recommend to use the back door, as the smoke smell surpassess all experiences! Love the Brew! Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I always love the food at Brew Bakers. So far my favourite place in Fredericton. I haven't yet been disappointed, and I hope to never be. The cuisine choices are great, along with the service! The price is just right. Once we had to find a place to hold a 20 person dinner party, so we had it here at BrewBakers. Everyone was pleased.
