About Terrace Dining Room

The heritage of Fredericton is reflected in this newly-styled dining room. The scenic vistas of the Saint John River accentuate the rich mahogany wood and tapestries, and add an elegant feel to the room. We are excited to have the culinary skill of Executive Chef Shane Bauer and the talent of his culinary brigade to create exquisite entrées. Classic dishes are the main fare and we proudly feature creative new house signature dishes and desserts. We proudly showcase regional flavours on the menu, supplied from various local growers and purveyors. The special relationship we enjoy with Theater New Brunswick and the Playhouse has inspired our "Intermezzo" selection on the menu. The Terrace Restaurant is the finest dining experience in a warm and comfortable atmosphere with a remarkable view of the city skyline from its riverside patio. The perfect end to a long day.

One night in Fredericton and nothing to do, me and my co-pilot decided to indulge on our hotel restaurant. This was just the pace i needed a polished flow of good service and good food made for a wonderful night... The next time i stop in Fredericton I will visit again
