Located at 100 regent street in downtown Fredericton, the blue door is an innovative and progressive restaurant featuring contemporary global cuisine, with great wine and fantastic martinis - all in a modern and upbeat atmosphere.
Our chefs have developed close relationships with local farmers and suppliers that allow us to offer the freshest food possible.
The blue door is also taking a leadership role in trying to source and utilize as much sustainable seafood as possible. It is early days and there are definte logistical challenges, but we believe in doing our small part to encourage a healthy environment.
Whether you are coming to enjoy a mojito on the patio made with fresh mint from our roof top summer herb garden, dining with friends to celebrate a special occasion, or just grabbing a quick bite before a show, the blue door is certain to exceed your expectations.

I've been there four times on business and twice the food was excellent but the last two times have been very disappointing: the meal was cold, bland, and the rice was overcooked. But I did like the atmosphere and their choice of wine was excellent.

The ambiance of this delicate room is as glorious as the edible art that gracefully seduced our appetites. A perfect evening of cocktails and Thai Mussels. I was surprisingly amazed at the cost of the menu, as it seemed grossly under priced for the quality of food we had received. Many similar restaurants that i have eaten at, have never been able to capture the sense of value that i experienced this evening.
