Le Chateau a Pape invites you to excellent food and fine wines. Should you choose to select a local Acadian delicacy or one from anywhere else in the Atlantic region, our well-trained chefs are sure to please.

Guillaume (Willie), to the family “Pape” Gosselin, father and grandfather to our present-day chefs, Pius, Pierre and Michel establish this tradition of excellence in 1925 when he opened his first Restaurant on Main Street. He later relocated on Steadman Street a stone’s throw from our current location. The freshest seafood, or, if you prefer steaks and brochettes prepared in our own special way, we’ll certainly delight even the most epicurean taste. We even serve local Acadian delicacies prepared in the traditional way by Acadian chefs.

Please advise staff of any allergies. A tradition of excellence of which you become a part shall always be alive here, at Le Chateau A Pape! We also feature Freash Steamed Mussels, Fresh Malpeque Oysters, Smoke Salmon, Greek Salad and our vaery popular Lobster au Gratin.

After having taken 5 trips on business we have now found a place for a great meal and great service. This should be #1 on everyones list including the locals!!!

I would recommend this place to anybody! It was so far my best restaurant in Moncton. I had the salmon dish with the lobster sauce and garlic potatoes! Makes you crumble doesnt it. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!
