As a local chef i came across this wonderful dish. I loved the name of this restaurant so i stopped in to check the menu, and there it was. My favorite pasta called "spaetzle" this light dumpling style pasta is so easily to season. I was delighted and ate my fill of this wonderfully light dish. If you have not tried this type of pasta i seriously recommend it. Try cooking it with some pork belly or put some dijon in the recipe to give it a mustardy flavor.
