Delicious Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I find Kwans a nice place to eat, espically for such a small town. Its usually hard to find different cultural tastes in a small town, but its there at Kwan. Everything is delicious, although i recommend the number 4a dn won ton soup!!!... AS for other comments about planning... well as a fellow service industry server and cook, those things happen.. oh well... believe me they were probably as sad to have to turn away your business, and it is very hard to get good staffin a small town... just saying put in others shoes... but everyone can have their opinion... mine is GREAT FOOD!! Disappointed Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I agree the food is very good but as of late I've had a problem with their sense of business etiquette and I won't be returning any time soon as a customer. Today, for the third time in as many months, I called at 4PM, their opening time, to place an order for take-out, only to be told they would be accepting no orders for the next 1.5-2 hours in order to put together a large order/dinner party. ??? Excuse me???? What kind of planning is that, I suggest you get yourselves into work a bit earlier for these "large orders" or call in more staff, but to turn away business to accommodate one order, no matter how large, is just plain ludicrous. Best Chinese food in NB Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere Friendly, effecient staff serving the best Chinese food in NB. Portions are a great size and quality is excellent.
